Police say a further investigation into the Facebook profile led to finding two names, 29-year-old Quinessia Jackson and 47-year-old Coby Richardson, who both worked for the company the packages were reported missing with. According to the investigating managers, the photos along with the postings, featured large Victoria's Secret bags with large bar codes printed, both of which customers don't receive and are strictly for logistical use only. Officials say that manager partnered with a regional loss manager to conduct an investigation, and found a Facebook profile what had postings of Victoria's Secret product for sale, dated December 16, 2017. TPD says the national investigating manager for Newgistics, who filed the online report, said they noticed a loss trending in Tallahassee regarding Victoria's Secret delivery packages.
